Membership

Membership at Saltmarsh Spa and Fitness includes an induction with a fully qualified personal trainer and a personalised work out plan. Members have full use of our state of the art Life Fitness cardio and strength equipment, and access to our relaxing spa facilities including our aromatherapy steam room and hot tub. Our brand new gym and spa has beautiful views of the field and river and is fully air conditioned. On-site parking, free access to wifi, toilets, showers, changing rooms and lockable storage are also available to members. Our site also features 3 treatment rooms offering a range of beauty therapies and massage, and a popular cafe serving food and drink.

Location

Saltmarsh Spa and Fitness is located at Creeksea Place Farm, just outside the town of Burnham on Crouch in Essex. Follow signs to Creeksea from the main road into Burnham and you will find us next door to the Parlour Cafe and Creeksea Place Barns. Alternatively we are just a 10 minute walk along the coastal footpath from the Marina or 15 minutes from the Burnham on Crouch train station!

Spa

Enjoy a moment of quiet and relaxation in our beautiful spa facility overlooking the river. Our large hot tub and aromatherapy steam room are the perfect places to unwind after a workout or a busy day at the office.

The spa is open from 6am until 8pm daily and is included in your membership package. Showers, changing rooms, toilets and lockable storage are available to use but please note that towels are not provided.

The spa area is available to hire for private parties of up to 10 people from 8pm-10pm. Please contact us for more information!
